from group program to 1:1 format
Inspired from The Transitional Space program, 1:1 creative mentoring consists of a reflective 8-week journey - now with more flexibility, deeper personalisation and tailored support.
We can work together weekly, fortnightly or monthly across 8 sessions, creating a rhythm that genuinely fits your life.
what is creativing mentoring
Creative mentoring combines reflective conversation, creative process, embodied awareness, and personalised support to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity.
No art experience is needed - just a curiosity for creative exploration, a willingness to connect more deeply with yourself, and a desire to move forward in life.
who is it for?
This is for people who are navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or longing for more meaning and direction in their lives.
It's for people who sense that creativity could support them, but struggle to make space for it amongst the demands of everyday life.
Perhaps you're feeling stuck, at a crossroads, or carrying more than you can comfortably hold.
You may be juggling work, family responsibilities, caregiving, or a major life transition.
You might feel disconnected from your creativity, unsure of your next steps, or simply in need of a space where you can pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
What the space offers
This is a personalised creative mentoring journey that combines reflective conversation, creative exploration and embodied awareness.
Across eight sessions, you'll be supported to slow down, tune into what matters, explore challenges from new perspectives and reconnect with your own inner resources.
Together we'll create a space that supports clarity, self-trust and meaningful movement forward.

Why did I create it?
Over the years, I've witnessed the power of creativity to help people make sense of change, process life's challenges and reconnect with themselves.
After running The Transitional Space as a group program for 4 years, I wanted to create a more flexible and personalised offering that could meet people exactly where they are.
This new 1:1 format allows for deeper exploration, tailored support and a pace that fits around the realities of busy lives.

Who am I
I'm Denise, an art psychotherapist, creative mentor and artist based in London.
For over 10 years, I've supported people through periods of change, helping them reconnect with themselves through creativity, reflection and self-discovery.
Creativity has been a central part of both my personal and professional life for over 18 years.
Through creative mentoring, I offer a supportive space where you can pause, gain clarity and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
